We offer two fulfillment options, depending on how your program operates.

Bulk Fulfillment
(Consolidated Shipping)

Bulk fulfillment means all items are produced together and shipped in one or more boxes to a single destination.

  • Inventory handoff to offices or bookstores

Individual Fulfillment
(Direct-to-Customer / Drop Shipping)

Individual fulfillment means each item is packed and shipped individually to named recipients.

  • Onboarding and recruitment kits
How Individual Fulfillment Works

You have two options — and you can choose what works best for you.

Option 1: Customer-Provided Spreadsheet

If you already have recipient names, sizes, and addresses in a spreadsheet, you’re welcome to provide it. We’ll validate the data and fulfill the orders accordingly.

Option 2: Secure Order Intake Form (Optional, Recommended)

In line with our principles of respecting the customer and continuous improvement, we also offer a secure intake form.

Authorised recipients submit their own:

  • Size selection
  • Shipping address

Once submitted, we handle printing, packing, and shipping internally.

This option eliminates:

  • Chasing recipients for information
  • Manual data entry
  • Spreadsheet version control issues
  • Transcription errors

You don’t have to use it — but many customers do, because it removes stress.
